So, when I was about thirteen, my stupid school had this stupid dance with the boys' school on the other side of town, and this guy who thought he was, like, God's gift or something came over and tried to kiss me. So I did what any sensible person would do: I punched him in the nose. He bled all over my dress, but I didn't care. There are advantages to wearing so much black.
